Rooming / Shared Rooms
To help minimize costs, all Key Club members attending the convention will be roomed with up to 3 additional students in a room. If a club would like to have a private room for their members, they should either register four members of the same gender *or* contact District Administrator Brad Malone immediately after registering for information on additional fees for students that do not wish to share a room.
No adult may share a room with a Key Club member unless it is a parent and their child/children in the same room.
No cancellations will be accepted after May 1, 2020. Substitutions of the same gender will be accepted through June 1, 2020 (change fees may apply for airline tickets). The club/school is ultimately responsible for payment, even if a member registers on their own. An invoice will be sent to the club/school for any registrations that are not cancelled by the deadline, even if those registered do not attend the convention.
