When it comes to Key Club meetings, it’s always important to make them not just

informational but entertaining for you club members. There are many different ways you

can engage members to help them continue attending future meetings.

You can hostmeetings with specific themed projects and activities. The different service projects you choose can drastically determine your outcome so it is important to think outside of the box by doing things like wrapping presents, writing positive notes, and decorating hearts.

When it comes to the holidays you can also throw potlucks and parties to allow

members to feel a sense of community and bond with new people. It can also be of benefit to have snacks or drinks to give out to members during the meetings. After a long day of school, most students would rather go home but with a snack available they would be willing to stay.

You can have specific meeting schedules that will allow members to be informed and do the service projects first before receiving their snacks. By mentioning things like food and fun projects it will make Key Club meetings engaging and fun for everyone interested.

Informational and engaging meetings will be of benefit to your clubs so never be afraid to venture out and explore new ideas because they can open new doors for lots of students!
