A Lieutenant Governor (LTG) is the middleman between your club and the District. The job of an LTG is to bridge the gap in communication between your Club and the District and other clubs in your Division. Some of the things you do as an LTG are write a monthly newsletter, hold Division council meetings (DCMs), plan events like GLTC and SLC, and write articles such as this one. You are also expected to attend all District events and board meetings.

Being an LTG is a vital step in running for a position outside of your club. As an LTG, you get to meet people from all around the District and from other Districts in Key Club International. This experience not only builds your character and confidence but also makes a larger impact on your community and the organization as a whole.

There are many ways to contact your LTG. You can find their email on the website. You can also find them on social media through the Divisional Instagram and in their monthly newsletters.

Take your next step in your Key Club journey, and if for nothing else, you'll get a nice polo out of it!  So take the chance to run at our Service and Leadership Convention (SLC) in the Spring!
