What to Expect at GLTC

Georgia Leadership Training Conference is here, and it’s your chance to level up as a

servant-leader while connecting with Key Clubbers from every corner of the state.

Expect high-energy general sessions, hands-on workshops, spirit rallies, and plenty of

time to trade ideas with club officers and district leaders. Arrive a little early to check in,

review the schedule, and set one or two goals, like meeting three new people or

bringing home a concrete service project your club can launch next month. Dress the

part: wear your club T-Shirt and comfortable bottoms. Wear shoes you can walk and stand in all day. During sessions, ask questions, share what’s worked at your school, and listen for strategies you can adapt back home. You will have the opportunity to meet like minded Key Clubbers from all over the state, so make the most of it and interact with your fellow peers! Leave GLTC ready to serve with new skills, new friends, and a clear plan to elevate your club this year!
