What to Expect at SLC

State Leadership Conference (SLC) is one of the most exciting and memorable experiences in Key Club. Attendees can look forward to a mix of leadership development, fun social events, and important club business.

Throughout the conference, members participate in engaging workshops where they can learn about leadership, service, communication skills, and personal growth. These sessions are designed to inspire new ideas and help members become stronger leaders both in Key Club and in their communities.

SLC is has time where members can relax, meet new friends, and celebrate their shared passion for service such as the Governor's Ball. These events create lasting memories and strengthen connections between clubs.

In addition, the conference includes elections, where members help choose the next generation of Key Club leaders. This gives attendees a chance to witness the democratic process in action and see how leadership transitions take place.

SLC is a unique combination of learning, networking, and fun, an experience that leaves members motivated, inspired, and excited for the future. We can't wait to see you there!
