District Governor: Jessica Shin
Hey everyone! I'm Jessica, and I am currently a junior at Lambert High School. Go Longhorns! I joined Key Club in my freshman year, and I first became a District Board member at the end of my freshman year. This year actually marks my third year on the District Board! I know I am an oldie :( From being a general member to a committee chair and LTG to the District Sec-treas, I’ve developed a great passion for service and Key Club, and it helped me to grow and be where I am today — serving as your District Governor. You all probably got a lot of emails from me over the past month. While that is partially what I do, I also hold the highest position in the GA District, plan out and lead our District Board meetings, ensure everything is running smoothly throughout GA Key Club, work with Key Club International, and be a great resource for everyone regarding Key Club. Throughout my years on the District Board, I have seen how resilient the GA District is, and I know this year will be an unforgettable year, and I am so excited to get started! District Secretary-Treasurer: Michelle Jing
Hey all! I'm Michelle Jing, and I’m serving at the district’s secretary-treasurer for the 2022-23 service year! Last year, I served as the Lieutenant Governor of Division 8. As an executive board member, I am a resource for Key Clubbers across the state. My job mostly consists of checking in with board members, taking meeting minutes, updating the district directory, and reaching out to clubs about membership, reactivation, and chartering. Outside of Key Club, you can find me drinking massive amounts of caffeine, playing with my cat (Mr. Pearl), drawing, or trying to make E. coli glow in my school’s lab. District Bulletin Editor: Olivia Shim
Hey Key Club, I'm Olivia Shim. I'm serving as the 2022-2023 District Bulletin Editor! I am a junior at McIntosh High School, and it is my first year serving on the district board. As the bulletin editor, I am in charge of all of the social media platforms, making promotional graphics, and managing the key ring article, so keep an eye out for our new posts! Key club has been a big part of my life, and I can't wait to be more involved. Outside of Key Club, I love running, thrifting, and hanging out with my friends! I am so excited and honored to be on the district board this year. I hope to have the best year yet!
